From inspiring patient stories to unforgettable entertainment, the Studio 54 Cures Gala was a night to remember raising funds for transformational clinical cancer research around the world.
2019 Cures Gala Set its Sights on Curing Cancer
Hosts and Co-Chairs of the 2019 Gateway Cures Gala, Dr. Stacie J. Stephenson, Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) Chairman Functional Medicine and Director, Gateway for Cancer Research Board, and Richard J Stephenson, CTCA and Gateway Founder and Chairman, took partygoers on a trip back in time for the annual Cures Gala, this year with a disco twist! Incorporating a Studio 54 theme, the Gala benefitted Gateway for Cancer Research, a non-profit organization dedicated to funding transformational cancer research.
We were honored to present the inaugural Global Humanitarian Award to Kristen Hertel and Muneer Satter of the Satter Foundation for their passionate commitment to overcoming some of the most important challenges facing society today, investing in innovative ideas and research to create a world in which all people have the resources to live a free, prosperous and healthy life.
